Agreement to Hold Harmless

I understand that the products and equipment offered by CEO Private Investigating Services, Inc. are for my personal and exclusive use, are not for resale and are for informational and instructional purposes only. I understand that any illegal use of the products or equipment offered by CEO Private Investigating Services, Inc. will be my responsibility and not the responsibility of CEO Private Investigating Services, Inc., its employees and representatives. I also agree that any legal action that should result from the illegal use of the products or equipment provided will be my sole responsibility. I will also be responsible for any and all legal, court, civil judgements, bonds or any and all fees associated with any legal action that is a direct result of the illegal use of products.
